The Bachelor Project is proud to announce our new Bach Lady of the Week:Lara Cole. Lara was featured as playboy’s miss social. Be sure to read below to see how she got her start with modeling, the type of guy she’s interested in, and what makes her a good candidate for a Bachelor.
Hello Lara, what city do you reside in?
I am from Lafayette, New Jersey. It’s a pretty small town; farms, antique stores, cows! It’s a peaceful environment.
How did you get into modeling? How long have you been modeling for?
I went to a Playboy casting call in Columbus, Ohio! Shortly after that I was chosen from hundreds of girls to do a voting for miss January, about two years ago. I didn’t get miss January but that’s what made me want to start modeling.
What are your measurements?
Bust: 34 D
I love cheese! I work as a full time cheese specialist at the moment. But when I’m not eating cheese, I also like sushi and cupcakes.
Most memorable modeling job to date?
Technically, it wasn’t a model “job.” But it was my most memorable photo shoot. I won playboy’s miss social -miss December 2012! I went to California to do my playboy photo shoot. It was the most unforgettable and amazing moment of my life thus far.
What is the craziest thing a guy did to try to get your attention?
I can’t recall any crazy thing that a guy did to get my attention. I can only think of guys driving fast, revving their engine.
What’s type of guys are you attracted to, and what is it about that
type of guy that makes him attractive to you?
I don’t really have a type of guy that I’m attracted to. I mostly like a guy who are respectful, funny, and has no problem showing his sensitive side. When it comes to looks guys with tattoos and a good style always catch my eye.
What do you think is the most romantic thing a man can do for a woman?
I think surprising a woman is romantic! Something so simple as a surprise visit at work!
Do you have any talents that would surprise people?
I just started trick hula hooping! I am just a beginner but, it is so much fun! It’s a great work out too [smiles].
What’s in your IPod? Favorite artists and why.
I love music! I have so many different artists and genres in my iPod. My favorites are pink Floyd, Paramore, Damian Marley, and Ellie Goulding. That’s just to name a few. Those artists can totally satisfy any mood I am in.
If you can go on vacation anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I can’t name just one place! Tahiti, Italy or some place totally awesome like the Reed Flute Caves in Guangxi, China. Definitely check it out.
What magazines have you been featured in?
I have been featured in a few local New Jersey magazines like, Steppin’ Out and Metropolis Nightd and twice I was featured in the “Frisky Friday” section of Playboy Netherlands.
What else do you do besides modeling?
Besides modeling, I work at a cheese store. I also go to school for nursing. That’s mostly what my life consists of besides modeling. I am starting to make jewelry and getting back into sewing though, so I’m really excited for that [smiles].
Any new ventures we can look forward to from you?
I am trying to win a bikini contest to go to Cancun and try to win the title of “international bikini model search.” That is mainly what I am focused on right now!
