The Bachelor Project is proud to announce our new Bach Lady of the Week: Starr Baddass. Be sure to check out Starr’s feature to see what are her talents besides modeling, the type of man she’s interested in, and what makes her a good candidate for Bachelors. Enjoy.

Hello, can you please tell our website viewers where you’re originally from and where you currently reside?

I’m originally from Los Angeles, California, but I have spent most of my life in Santa Clara California.

How did you get started with modeling and how long have you been doing it for?

I started modeling on a fluke. I never even considered it, but so many people had told me all my life to get into it. I had my first shoot at about 16 or 17 for a local modeling group and ever since it’s been a passion of mine and I have so many people who believe in me. So I’m just trying to see how far I can get.

What are the pros and cons of being a model?

I love modeling because I look at my body as a work of art; from my tattoos, to every curve, my complexion and features, I am God’s work of art. It’s fun seeing yourself in creative makeup or just a quality image. the downfall to modeling is certain people’s misconception and idea that you are willing to do any and everything if you know what I mean.

Do you have any other talents besides modeling, if so what are they?

Yes, I have many talents. I also sing and write poetry.

Switching the subject a little bit since this is The Bachelor Project. What type of guys are you interested in?

A man that can make me laugh is a winner. Of course every woman has her ideal man, which for me would be tall and built like Nelly or The Rock. Someone genuinely caring and respectful, passionate, passion is a must in my life, as well as someone with A1 hygiene because I am really into scents, so a man’s cologne can be a major turn on or turn off. Also my man must be family oriented and if not already established education and career wise be working towards it, ambition is everything.

What makes you a candidate for a Bachelor?

I am a candidate for a bachelor because I am young, beautiful, independent, educated, hard working, loving, fun, funny. I know that when I meet that special man he won’t need to look elsewhere for love and affection.

What is the most romantic thing that you ever did for a man and what was the occasion?

I have only been in one serious relationship and the nature of that relationship was crazy , but for his birthday I took him on a nice surprise getaway and i expressed my love to him in so many ways that I refuse to go into detail about [Laughs]. Just know he enjoyed it.

If you can go on a perfect date, what would it consist of?

My perfect date would consist of good food, red wine, and the beach, preferably at night. It’s just something so soothing about the water and crisp air at night.

If you can go on a vacation anywhere, where would it be, and why would you choose to go there?

I would love to visit Italy because I have never been and because it is part of my heritage which I am so disconnected with, I would love to learn the language and more about my culture.

What sets you apart from other models?

Naturally I am different because I don’t require much makeup. In majority of my pictures I don’t wear any face makeup other than my brows and lashes, lips and sometimes blush, I was blessed with a beautiful complexion and decent skin. Aside from looks though I have a story like no other. I am like the rose that grew out of concrete, an underdog who has been blessed and destined for greatness.

Where else can our readers check out you and your work out?

Because I am just now seriously beginning this model grind. I am only on Model Mayhem (#1583427), but I can be reached personally on twitter @lustalloverme or Instagram by the same name.

It’s been a pleasure; Is there anything that you would like to say to our readers?

I hope people see my genuine passion and ambition as well as beauty and help me make it to the top.
