Art Arquitectos designed the Casa LC with contemporary beauty and utmost luxury in mind, and they placed it on a 9,000 sq m lot in Mexico City, Mexico.
The abode is divided into 3 distinct living areas, such as an entertainment, a private and a social area, all quite remarkable in their own way.
The entertainment area ensures plenty of great options for passing the time, flaunting a gaming room, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a swimming track, a home theater a bathroom and a small guesthouse. The second level of the home theater is connected to the bedroom attics via a hallway with a glass floor that provides views of the swimming track.
The private area contains most of the accommodation options, and it consists of a square patio with a beautiful orange tree in the middle. This incredible space is encompassed by 4 regular bedrooms and a lavish master bedroom, each connected to the second level terraces through attics.
The social area includes a living and dining room, a library and a vestibule with toilet, all linked to a hallway that goes around a grand, circular patio with a water mirror and a central stream.
There is also a semi-private area that includes a breakfast room, a TV room, a laundry, an ironing room, a kitchen and the service rooms. The outdoors is quite impressive as well, featuring a grand garden with a jogging track, a pond and a barbecue area. The main entrance comprises a roundabout leading to the main door, with a semi-covered 8-car garage on the side.
High-quality materials were used extensively during the construction process for the interior and exterior areas alike. These materials include white limestone, natural walnut, white marble and flamed granite. Moreover, the main ends of the abode were adorned with 4 exquisite sculptures made by artist Carlos Marín, each representing one of the four elements (Fire, Water, Earth and Wind).
